Hey guys,
I'm amater and i have a practive about my picture library. Could i use NGUI to do a SCROLL VIEW (images's thumbnail), once click items, i can change image display in panel/label? How can i do? or any guide document can helpfully?

Start by examining the examples that come with NGUI. There are a lot, including ones that feature scroll views.
Changing the content of something in OnClick() is elementary. Watch the NGUI tutorials, they cover all the basics.
