About dynamic create font

I want to create font dynamicly, if the font dictionary does't include the char , then I can create the char ,and put into the font dictionary!
How to do ?

You can't.

In Unity4 you may be able to get Dynamic fonts, but not really before that.

Does has other tools ?  for example: like freefont library , but the library can't be use on webplayer!

No, there are no other solutions, or at least there weren't back in February which is when I last searched.
