Multiple Texture atlas breaks all atlases

Hi,

Being a newbie to using NGUI I was trying to create multiple atlases for different parts of my game.

I wanted 1 for the Menu GUI and another for all my player animation sprites.

My problem seems to be that when I create a second atlas then both of my atlases break and will not allow me to have more than 2 or 3 images in.
Also if I have my initial atlas setup and I try to add extra images to it I also get a broken atlas where several images are compacted into a single sprite and I get a load of empty sprites.

Not got a clue what is causing this.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I bet there is something simple that I am doing wrong.

How do they break? Remember that there's a max size of 2048x2048 (or 4096x4096) per atlas. If you go bigger, it will break.
