Widget Add To Issue

I have the panel that I want to add the widget selected, but for some reason it won't change away from Anchor.

Here is a screen cap of my hierarchy showing the panel selected with the widget tool parent selection.

Because your panel doesn't have a uniform scale.

Hit the "S" button next to the transform scale.

Ah, I'm not sure how the scale got messed with but I'll fix that. Thanks!
