Is there a way to support layouts like INVISIBLE,GONE like which are in Android?

Hi everyone, I'm new to NGUI and i have a question about UI layout:

For example:
at startup, the UI layout is:
A
B
C

and after some action, it becomes:
A
C

or

A

C

"B" is hidden with or without it's place taken.
