Dug around a bit in the forums for this, and it seems it was last brought up about a year ago. It would be great to be able to set the pivot of the labels and the backgrounds that appear in a popup list. It doesn't even have to be an option on the list, it could just be the same pivot as the label and background used for the list itself and it should cover most cases. Currently it seems to be hardcoded to top left though.
