Tweening not working on Nexus 7

Hey guys,
  I've created a button with tweening, which works great in Unity but once I send it to my Nexus 7 the tweening doesn't happen.

  This is what I did:
    I created a button, added UIButton Scale, and changed the hover and pressed ratios.

  am I missing anything?

There is no "hover" state on mobile devices.
