cInput 2 Editor Extension with NGUI Support

This is a simple extension for the great asset cInput 2, here are the features:

- Full editor integration: you can set up all inputs, axis and modifiers
- NGUI support out of the box
- Input Schemes: useful for different keyboard layouts like QWERTY, AZERTY etc.
- OnGUI support.
