Possible bug in UIInput using Character Limit on mobile

Hi!

I got a UIInput that has character limit set to 14. When writing a word that is more than 14 letters on iOS or Android the label is actually showing the first 14 letters plus the last lettered entered until the keyboard is minimized. We've been able to reproduce it on iOS and Android (On Android I tried the latest version 3.0.9f2).
