Upgrade Tools (2.70 to 3.x) file

I've followed the video to take care of my UICheckbox errors, and followed the Readme to delete 'n reimport the folders, so now I'm down to just cleaning up deprecation warnings.  However, in the latest NGUI, there's a package file called "Upgrade Tools( 2.70 to 3.x)".  I can't seem to find any references to this in the readme's or docs.  Could you let me know what that package is for, and if I should do anything with it?

Upgrade tools simply re-adds some deleted scripts (UISlicedSprite, UITiledSprite, etc). It also adds a menu option to auto-replace those removed scripts with the new ones. I explained it in the 2.7.0 - > 3.0 upgrade process video.
