UIPanel Soft clip performance

I'm using NGUI 3.6.8, i nested 2 panels, child panel is using soft clip (for scrollview). I see framerate reduced to 45, if i don't use soft clip framerate is 60 (tested on iphone4 firmware7.0).
I also try the scrollview example, it has the same problem

That sounds about right. Clipping isn't free - not much to do about it.
