camera.orthographicSize and resize buttons

I have a resize problem.
when I change the value camera.orthographicSize
buttons and other elements created with Ngui, are resize.
I wish that will always remain the same size.
How can I do?

Don't change the orthographic size. NGUI is designed with the UI camera's orthographic size remaining at 1.
