Ship Game Starter Kit Water

When I loaded it into Unity 5 (Mac OS X El Capitan), I see low resolution clouds and water is just flat.  Any idea what the problem is? Attached is screen shot.

I couldn't begin to guess. I deprecated the Ship game starter kit ages ago... There is no way to buy it.
