Atlas crash after Unity reloaded.

Hello. I have an atlas for GUI, size 1024*1024 px, when I start Unity after shut down, atlas texture is ok, but atlas texture defenition is absolutely incorrect. Always. What should I do to avoid it?

Remember to save project before you close unity.

CTRL+S every time the atlas gets updated.

There is a message in the Console log reminding you to do this after every single change to the atlas.
