UIButtonKeys script not in Free Unity Package

Is the UIButtonKeys feature pro/paid only?  I've downloaded and imported the NGUI package a couple times now and this script seems to not be a part of the package.

As the example mentions, this feature was added in version 1.80. Free version is 1.68, so no, it's not there.
