Thank Nicki, I found problem. It about sprite that i use tween rotation, it must be NGUI sprite not native sprite from unity.

I have use NGUI tween rotation sprite. I test in unity is OK. When publish to xcode and run on both simulator and iPhone device. Sprite rotation is not appear, Look like it not found sprite.... It is bug? (I use NGUI version 3.6.1c)
