What is the easiest way to get all the items that is visible inside a scrollview window?

Ok, so its most likely due to loading in font and the UIInput is just the first to use it.

Whenever I activate a window with UIInput attached to it, there is a noticeable 3 second delay before the window shows up. This only happens the first time you activate the window, subsequent times do not cause a delay.
Any ideas?
