There's a bug in the Google Play interface in the game.  I downloaded it the other day, found it fun, and was going to purchase the premium upgrade, but the app picks the wrong google account (I have 3).  I have tested this with many other games, and all their in-app purchases use the account I'm logged into Google Play with, but Starlink instead picks the most recently created account.  Weird, and unless fixed, I guess I can't buy the premium expansion.
