NGUI 3 Support / Dynamic Font Problem

When I use a UILabel, I can select Unity option before Font and select ttf I wanted. I also found that FontMaker can create dynamic font prefab. But using different option seems to be same effect. So, what is the difference between unity dynamic font and NGUI dynamic font?
