I have a proble with UIPanel Clipping

How to Clipping of the parent[UIPanel], the child[UIPanel] to be effected.

Clipping doesn't affect sub panels.

Panel1 (Clipped)
- GameObject (Clipped by Panel1)
- Panel2 (Not clipped by Panel1)
