Font getting distorted when I add images to atlas

I have some icon images I want to add to an atlas(adding things on top of the fantasy atlas that comes with NGUI) but this most recent batch of images has caused the font to be distorted after I add it. Namely the W in West does not appear.

Does anyone know why adding more images to an atlas would effect the font inside of it?

Fantasy atlas was created by hand before the atlas maker was added, so I am not sure how well it would behave when you attempt to modify it. I'd advise not doing it, but create a new atlas instead.
