Anchor a slider

Hello everybody,
I have an Anchor - Stretch to have a black bar at the bottom of my GUI. I would like to put a slider on these black bar. But when I anchor the slider at the bottom of the GUI and when the slider is on the black bar I can't slide it.
But when I anchor the slider at the bottom with an offset to have the slider outside of the black bar I can slide it...

I don't understand why I experience these issue...

You can turn on "debug" mode on the UICamera to see what the mouse is hovering over. It's the easiest way of checking what's underneath the mouse.
