UI crash on mobile
« on: February 03, 2014, 11:14:03 AM »
I'm using a android tab to test. there 5 buttons in d scene.
and SOMETIMES the UI crashes like this.

Not only my project. but sometimes the example project also like this, even when I run in unity.

it's not very often, about once in 10 runs. but if I have 1m players that will be 10k ppl having this issue lol  :P
then they'd give me 1 star oh no  :-X
probbly it might help?

and also I set 24-bit and 32-bit buffer to true in the resolution setting.

cos I have this problem before w/o Playmaker, then I think Playmaker's not the cause  :(

Disable Multithread Rendering.

It's buggy.

isn't there any other way?
disabling multithread rendering will drop the performance right?
If I uncheck that, it takes 5-7 secs to exit the app instead 1-2 secs.

No, there is no other way.

Multi-threaded rendering was never finished, as far as I can tell (it's still in beta as far as features go) -- so it runs into problems like those.
