NGUI 2.09 Paid Update Issue

With the new version of NGUI when I start a new project with a new scene or try and update an old project Unity imports the new folder in the project but the NGUI menu goes away and all of the NGUI layout tabs show failed to load. All of our current projects that use NGUI are currently broken, any help would be great.

Usually indicates an error in the log. Check the log and see what's broken. Also, I assume you are following the update instructions correctly, yes? Start a new scene, delete NGUI folder, import from an updated package.
