NGUI not visible in new scene or scene reload in web player

Hello,
I was wondering if someone might be able to help me with this issue, I have a game made up of 2 scenes; a menu, and a game scene. When playing in the editor everything works fine. However when building for web I am experiencing an issue, the menu scene works fine but when I load the game scene none of the NGUI elements are visible, but if I set the game scene as the first to be loaded the NGUI elements ARE visible, however when I then refresh this scene they are all invisible again. I have no clue what to do here and appreciate any help!

What version of NGUI? How are you loading the scenes? How are your cameras set up (draw order etc)? What else is in the scene? Is it visible? You need to provide more info to go on, or I can't do much.
