Is it possible to create a 'board' with NGUI?

Hi there all! Sorry if this is a dumb question, i'm completely new to NGUI, using the evaluation version at the moment. I'm working on creating a 2D Card game at the moment, and was wondering if it was possible to create a board similar to that of the Magic the Gathering game board using the NGUI tools.

I believe NGUI is most likely the best choice for your project
