Handling Wallpapers

Can we set up the wall paper throgh NGUI event handlers..?

Actually, i want to let the user to set images as wallpapers, which is available in the game

NGUI has nothing to do with setting wallpapers. It can draw the thumbnails and handle your right-click event for you, but setting wallpaper? That's all up to you.
