Maybe I misunderstood. I thought you were saying to set objects up in their disabled state. Which, if tweening would be e.g. faded out or moved off screen. If one wanted to see those objects in their proper, on screen place, one would have to reposition them temporarily, then when done designing or whatever move them back off screen.
