StickyPress is not working for Scroll View Panel in v2.6.4

I am updated to v2.6.4 using Example 7 - Scroll View Panel , when uncheck the sticky press, dragging in scroll view is getting crazy.

The fix for this in the previous version broke non-sticky press functionality, where dragging from one object onto another stopped triggering the press event. I'll see if I can find some common ground.
