Performance for moving sprite. Panel or under uiroot?

Hey! If a sprite is always moving, in my case a health bar. Should it be in a panel or just under uiroot? What is best for performance for moving sprites. Or should I move the entire panel?

Depends on how much other stuff is underneath the same panel. If you have thousands of widgets then separating the animated one into its own panel will improve performance.
