I can no longer download starlink from the app store

I got a new ipad, and tried to download starlink.  It says it's no longer available in the U.S. store.  If you can't relist it, can I can the ipa, I purchased so my iTunes account is authorized.

Hi, I am not sure how the app store works, but you should be able to download whatever you already own. Starlink isn't available for sale on iOS anymore because it was simply not selling enough units per year to warrant the ~$100 fee on iOS and because Apple's dev tools (XCode) and their approval process quite frankly seriously suck. You can still get it on Android, and I can transfer your profile over there even if you never exported it yourself.

Thanks but I already own it on andriod.  My company supplies me with an ipad so I was hoping to play it on that.  Ya, I can no longer download it, probably becuase your no longer a developer for ios :-(.  I'm hoping maybe someone has is backup up from ios 8 and can upload it.  Apple change it so you can no longer backup after ios 9.
