(How- To) Transitioning from one page to another in a Main menu

I'm building a Main Menu and i'm wondering what the best way to handle the page transitions, ie, from the main menu to the options panel.

Should I use multiple individual panels? I'm really not sure the what the best way to handle this would be.

Any advice, or links to tutorials would be appreciated.

Yup, different windows = different panels. Haven't you seen the main menu example that comes with NGUI?
