after add prefab to prefab toolbar all is black

Hi,
I have a question about the Prefab toolbar.
I add a new Prefab to the Prefab toolbar, it creates a Snapshot and in the scene all Gameobject are now black in the Editor Viewport and in the game view. I create a new Camera but the same.
I have the newest Unity Pro version and the newest NGUI version.

I have no idea what I did wrong.

I hope you can help me to solve this problem.

Can't say I've ever seen this, so I can't say much. Any way I can reproduce it on my end?
