Scaling game objects in UIdraggable while scrolling

Hi,
 PFA screenshot i want to achieve a effect as shown in the screenshot while scrolling, when user scrolls or tap his finger the gameobject get selected & while others game object above & below it will scale down. Is it possible to achieve this kind of effect with NGUI ?
eg :- The selected object would be 100% scaled in proportion , while game object above & below it will get scale down by 20% or so while scrolling.

+1 for me as well if someone out there has done this, or knows how.

I asked this question a few months ago and got nothing.

I have a "skyrim UI" video that shows how to do this, minus the scaling part. Scaling is easy -- distance to center, scale the object.

The problem with this logic is when i tap the last item it gets center but there are no items below that , it should show the first item and loop it again. But when i drag the items instead of tapping its getting looped ,The item which goes outside the clipping area gets displayed again from the opposite side.
