How come you have handles disabled?

Replace UIWidgetInspector with the attached file and undo will work as expected. I always dragged handles around, I never use the inspector -- so this one slipped by me.

I don't know how I had handles disabled! I am just learning ngui. So, how do I put them back?

NGUI -> Options -> Handles

You have had to turned them off at some point.
