Atlas texture "Alpha Is Transparency" Setting

Lastest version have no "PMA Shader" setting in Atlas maker,but if I create or update atlas,the texture auto selected "Alpha Is Transparency",if that the texture is fuzzy.
At last I changed the L.489 in NGUIEditorTools,if I have other choice?

Alpha is transparency doesn't fuzz up the text. There are other settings for that. Make sure it's not being compressed or uses mip maps, or that your source images are not set to be power of two, compressed or something like that.
