hi,
NguiOnClickBinding is a great thing - everything works great BUT
is there a way to assign a command (function) that passes a parameter like gameobject?

That's not an NGUI component, so I can't help you with it.
NGUI has its own data binding built-in now as well. Look at PropertyBinding.
