Fade Text In & Out

 Hello.  I'm looking for a way to decrease the alpha of a panel gradually over time. Is there a way to do this with any of the interaction codes? I assume I need to right my own. Can someone give me pointers?

TweenAlpha, or adjust UIPanel's alpha property yourself.
