Is there any good method to solve anti-aliasing on the picture edge without losing the quality of the picture

One thing that can help you with this case, is export your image with 2 transparent pixels border from each side, in this way you can rotate the image with better aliasing.

Yup, exactly what badawe said. Give your sprites a transparent border. Select the atlas, find the sprite, and use the +1 Transparent Border button.
