I keep getting this warning!

Shader wants normals, but the mesh UIDrawCall for Refractive Atlas doesn't have them.

Means you've used a lit shader for your UI such as "Transparent/Cutout" instead of NGUI's Unlit series of shaders. Either use an Unlit shader, or enable normals on your UIPanels.
