Clipping problem

Hi i am facing a issue with NGUI clipping mask, it works properly for the Atlas which are been loaded from the project. but it is giving problem with the Atlas which are been made at runtime even though the shader which is been applied by default is Unlit-transparent.

Clipping only works with NGUI shaders (Unlit/Transparent Colored, Unlit/Premultiplied Colored).
