Unable to save profile

I started getting a message that I needed to upgrade so I downloaded the newest version.  I then went to export my profile from the old version to transfer to the new version, but I get a message that says "Unable to save your profile.  Please try again later." 

Any ideas?

That message happens when the game is unable to contact the website (this website), which is where your profile gets stored when you export it. If your device is connected to the internet and you are still getting the same message, let me know your account ID shown on the bottom right of the Profile window.

I'm on build 121.  I don't see an id at the bottom of the profile window.  I've attached screenshots.

Oh yeah, it's too old. You need to update your game to version 125+ before you can see the profile IDs. What is your profile name?

P.S. You shouldn't need to export your profile prior to updating the game.
