Ensure you forward the port range 5127-5129. I also get gateway: none found, everything still works perfectly fine. Players can still connect over the Internet. Like I said though just make sure you forward your server's ports.

This simply means that your router / modem doesn't support UPnP.

You can still use TNet.  If you want other people to connect to your game You need to forward your ports to allow connections to your external IP.  You also need to change your code to connect to your external IP as your external IP is showing as your internal IP (find yours here: http://www.whatismyip.com/). And make sure that when you run your game.exe AND your server.exe, that you allow it through your firewall (if you're on windows 7 make sure these tow boxes are checked:

(I found this picture with Google)

If you are behind a router, you will want to follow a guide like this one: http://www.howtogeek.com/66214/how-to-forward-ports-on-your-router/ to allow connections to your server's ports through your router.

If you're just trying the examples locally, everything should work fine as you're trying to connect locally.  But try changing everything above like I said to set up the connection to your external IP, you'll want it this way in the future anyway if you plan on using TNet for a WAN multiplayer game.
