Problems with the paid version NGUI
« on: July 26, 2013, 09:00:44 AM »
I bought NGUI, but still I had some time between the free version and now I can not move my project to the full version because some scripts do not work. That is the free version and it works for a fee is not working. What could it be?

Hi, have you tried re-importing the new version including everything in the package? Failing that, remove all traces of the old version, then re-import the new version.

I guess after that, there could be code differences between the free and paid versions that might mean you need a few tweaks to your code?

Oh yeah, one more feature, when an object is in the UI Root (2D) script is not working as it is when you click on an object has changed its material. But if the same object to make out UI Root (2D) and look at it through a "normal" camera then it works, maybe it's linking of camera settings?

"not working" doesn't explain anything. You need to post details in order for me to be able to offer any kind of help.
