Why remove the UpdateNow from UIGrid 3.0 later?

Why remove the UpdateNow from UIGrid? I think it's a good funtion, I can view the  the result  immediately!

Isn't the public function Reposition() doing the same thing?

Rightclick the "UIGrid (Script)" header in the component and choose "Execute".
