TypewriterEffect more basic features

1. Finish - Show all text instantly.
2. IsFinish - Check if it is finished.
3. OnFinished delegate - callback when it is finished.

Actually, I have implemented those features by myself, but I don't know if the naming is following the NGUI practice.

Good ideas. I've added all 3. Instead of "IsFinish" I added a property -- isActive.
